Vote on what ships next
This is the whole Ledgerline build queue, in the open — what's in progress now, what's queued next, and what's still on the horizon. Tap the pill on any card to vote it up; tap again to take your vote back.
Before you vote — the honest bit
Votes are saved in your browser, on this device only. No account, nothing sent anywhere. Each count is the baseline we published with the last board update, plus your own vote — an indicator of interest, not a live tally.

The board
Your votes stay on this device. Counts are indicative and refresh when we publish a board update.
Now
2 itemsIn active development — shipping in weeks, not quarters.
-
Recurring invoices
Set an invoice to repeat weekly, monthly, or per quarter and Ledgerline drafts and sends it for you — with pause, skip-one, and end-date controls so retainers don't need a calendar reminder.
-
Client portal
A private link where each client sees every invoice you've sent them, downloads PDFs, and checks what's outstanding — no more "can you resend that?" emails in week three.
Next
3 itemsScoped and queued — the order still moves with your votes.
-
Receipt scanning on mobile
Photograph a receipt and Ledgerline reads the merchant, date, amount, and tax into a draft expense — so the shoebox of paper slips stops being a January problem.
-
Multi-currency billing
Invoice clients in their currency with a daily reference rate, while your dashboard and reports stay in your base currency. Rate and conversion date printed on the invoice.
-
Late-payment nudges
Polite, automatic reminders on a schedule you set — friendly at day 3, firmer at day 14 — with optional late-fee lines calculated from your invoice terms.
Later
3 itemsDirection agreed, timing open. Loud interest pulls things left.
-
Year-end tax pack
One export with everything your accountant asks for: income summary, tax collected, deductible expenses by category, and every receipt attached — zipped and labelled.
-
Public API and webhooks
Read and write invoices, clients, and expenses from your own scripts, with signed webhooks for paid, overdue, and refunded events — build the automation we haven't.
-
Team seats
Invite a bookkeeper or a second pair of hands with their own login and a role that fits — full access, expenses-only, or read-only for tax season.

How this board works
-
Vote from this device
Tap the vote pill on any card. Your vote lands in this browser's local storage — nothing is sent to a server and there is no account to create. Tap again to un-vote.
-
Counts are indicative
Every card shows the baseline count from our last published board update, plus your own vote on top. Two people can see slightly different numbers — it's a signal of interest, not a live synced tally.
-
Make it count
Your on-device vote is a private marker of what matters to you. To move the published numbers, send us a quick email — we tally emails and support requests every time we refresh the board.
Fair questions
Straight answers
Do I need an account to vote?
No. Votes are stored in your browser's local storage, on this device only. Nothing is sent to a server, there is nothing to sign up for, and clearing this site's data resets your votes.
Are the vote counts a live tally?
No — and we'd rather be straight about it. Each count is an indicative baseline we set when we publish a board update, plus your own on-device vote. Someone else looking at this page right now may see slightly different numbers.
How does my vote reach the team, then?
By itself it doesn't leave your device — it's a private marker of what matters to you. If you want to move the published numbers, email us the feature name. We tally emails and support conversations whenever we refresh the board.
How often does the board change?
After every planning cycle — usually every few weeks. Items move from Later to Next as they get scoped, into Now when we start building, and out of the board into release notes when they ship.
Can I suggest something that isn't on the board?
Please do. The suggest button opens a pre-filled email — describe the job you're trying to get done rather than a feature spec. That's the most useful shape of feedback for us.
